Processing Time
All our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and reduce waste. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships.

United States: 3-5 business days after production
International: 7-14 business days after production (varies by location)
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at grooveetshirts@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
